These days, there are coaches for every aspect of personal and professional life that exist. What I offer in coaching is most definitely professional although it will certainly touch some personal aspects. For starters, coaching is NOT mentoring, therapy, counseling, or training. I will engage with you and work with you to foster a series of conversations focused on your personal goals and growth. Specifically, we will discuss challenges and obstacles – and I will challenge you (usually with a series of questions) to rethink your approach to problem-solving.
This is a confidential, often very personal, partnership where thinking out loud is encouraged, where experimentation and playing around with new and creative ideas is 100% OK, and where thoughts and ideas are given structure and a path into reality.
