Good mental health is the foundation of EVERY OTHER ASPECT OF YOUR EXISTENCE THAT HAS ANY REAL MEANING – personal AND professional.

I’m not kidding.  It is time that we break down the barriers, abolish the stigma, and create an open conversation where everyone and anyone feels comfortable addressing mental health, and their challenges and needs – that includes the good and the bad. People are the most important and valuable piece of your business.

Transformative Dynamics uses a Mental Health Approach when getting to the root of the problem or problems your team faces. What that means is that we integrate mental health awareness into our training and our solutions with your team.

This is so important that I will, without hesitation address it ANY time it comes up or presents itself during the course of your training or consulting. Anxiety and depression hit all-time highs during the pandemic and the stigma of talking about it just makes things worse.  Mental health belongs in any discussion about leadership, team building, or performance coaching just as much as any other traditional aspect of those topics.

We as a planet need to missing better on this – and I’m happy being an ambassador for the cause!

Meet Aaron Hydrick

Over 25 Years of Experience & Leadership in Manufacturing, Research and Development, Engineering, Utilities, and the US Military.

My background is different from most. With over 25 years of relevant experience in various roles including leadership, in industry, the military and academia, I bring practical know-how from real-world challenges and share that with your team. This is something that a certified leadership trainer, or coach with no practical or industry experience is simply unable to deliver. I have studied and practiced leadership, problem solving, creative thinking and personnel development in a number of organizations, from the military to academia, from small, privately held manufacturing firms to Fortune 500 companies.

Through the years, as I strived to learn from my mistakes and improve my skills and knowledge, I consistently saw the need not just for better leadership and leadership development – but for better approaches to resolving problems and building people and culture within a workplace. Helping any person or organization transform themselves and grow beyond their current limits, to breakthrough into a whole new level of performance is more rewarding than anything else I’ve done in my career.
